R&D Nights: Actinolite edition

On Wednesday, February 27, Toronto Life proudly presents Actinolite as part of R&D Nights with Toronto Life, exclusive to TL Insiders. Guests will be guided through a five-course meal by chef Justin Cournoyer, who will highlight the the way in which he plans a seasonal menu, and how he finds inspiration from local farmers, suppliers, and the community. Regional cooking is the key to a more sustainable way of life, and chef Justin will share with guests the strides Actinolite is taking to be more eco-friendly, and to develop seasonal dishes that are connected to our land, history and culture. The meal will be accompanied by a wine pairing by Merrin McHugh, featuring local and Old World producers making terroir-driven organic, biodynamic and natural wines.
