Seaton Village, with its high concentration of young families and narrow houses (almost all of which were decked out like graveyards), is one of the best ‘hoods for trick-or-treating on Halloween. Friday was miserably cold and rainy, but we still spotted lots of kids braving the elements in creative ensembles, including a Ninja hamster and a skeleton pirate. Here, 12 of the scariest—and most adorable—costumes we came across.
