Street Style: Seaton Village kids go trick-or-treating in terrifyingly cute costumes

Seaton Village, with its high concentration of young families and narrow houses (almost all of which were decked out like graveyards), is one of the best ‘hoods for trick-or-treating on Halloween. Friday was miserably cold and rainy, but we still spotted lots of kids braving the elements in creative ensembles, including a Ninja hamster and a skeleton pirate.
