Despite embarrassing stories of empty shelves and rumours of closure, Target Canada isn’t mailing it in just yet. Case in point: a new collaboration with Vancouver-based Jan Halvarson, who runs the extremely popular design blog Poppytalk. The new collection consists of outdoor-entertaining accessories, mostly of the pretty-and-pastel variety: cloth checkerboard sets, dainty thermoses, sweetly patterned cake stands and floral-handled skewers for roasting marshmallows—all the stuff you might need for a backyard birthday party or rustic “glampling” weekend. The whole line has a distinctly DIY vibe—one you can achieve without spending hours messing around with a glue gun. The collection hits stores on June 22, but you can check out all the pretty products right now on Pinterest.
