The price tag on Canada’s most expensive condo appears to have dropped

The Cumberland apartment, a 10,000-square-foot, high-modernist condo at 130 Bloor Street West, has netted a lot of attention since it hit the market earlier this year, but there are hints that finding interested buyers has proven more difficult. In March, the Globe and Mail reported that the asking price was “upwards of $30 million,” which would have made it Canada’s most expensive condo if it had sold at that price. However, the home is now listed at $28 million—that would merely tie the record set by the penthouse suite at the Four Seasons in Yorkville. [h/t CBC]
