From exciting culinary experiences to an insightful panel discussion and an incredible annual fundraiser, there’s a lot to look forward to in February. Here’s a look at what TL Insiders can enjoy this month.

CONTEST: Motionball Gala Toronto Enjoy live music, DJ sets, cocktails, dancing, a silent auction and more at this spectacular annual fundraiser for the Special Olympics. A glamorous night that includes over 2,500 guests, the Motionball Gala is where Toronto parties for a good cause. Plus, five lucky TL Insiders will win a pair of complimentary tickets. First Look: Chop Steakhouse in downtown Toronto Join your fellow TL Insiders for a delectable evening led by executive chef Stephen Clark of Chop Steakhouse and Bar in downtown Toronto. A steak seminar and wine pairing session will include an exclusive preview of Chop’s Steak Masters program. Guests will enjoy a five-course menu including exceptional steaks, beef carpaccio, Moët champagne, fresh oysters and an indulgent dessert. Chop Steakhouse (181 University Avenue), February 5, 7 to 10 p.m.

San Valentino Pasta Workshop at Stelvio Feel the love at this Valentine’s Day–themed pasta-making workshop at Stelvio Toronto. TL Insiders will learn authentic Italian pasta-making techniques while sipping prosecco in a cozy, intimate environment. Make it a date or a fun night out with friends—a portion of fresh, handmade heart-shaped pink ravioli will go home with each participant. February 12, 6:30 to 9 p.m.

This City Live (Toronto Life x Tricon Residential) Join TL Insiders for a vital discussion panel on the importance of city-building, urban innovation and entrepreneurship, and community. Guest speakers at this inaugural event will include Mayor Olivia Chow, Ruth Crammond of the United Way, and representatives from Good Future, Uber, CIBC and Tricon Residential. Snacks and beverages will be served. Schwartz Reisman Institute for Technology and Society at the University of Toronto, February 18, 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
