Eataly has popped up in the Distillery District

It’s a piccolo version of the Italian emporium

Not content with three permanent locations, Eataly is continuing its Toronto takeover. Following the success of the Italian eatery and market’s winter 2024 pop-up in the Distillery District, the brand is trying its hand at a warm-weather version. Eataly at the Distillery District is now open at 21 Trinity Street, on the ground floor of the Got Style building, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, offering a café complete with outdoor seating as well as a curated retail section.

Visitors to the mini Italian emporium can order Illy coffee and farcita (stuffed) sandwiches as well as pastries and sweet treats like cannoli, tiramisù and gelato. Of course there will also be merch: the retail section is stocked with items from the brand’s signature collection, including olive oil and artisanal pasta. And the store offers a selection of ready-to-eat, grab-and-go items—perfect for those who want to escape the crowds for an impromptu picnic in nearby Corktown Common.
