When will my first Toronto Life issue arrive after subscribing?
It typically takes 4 to 6 weeks for the first issue to arrive after your subscription has been activated.
When does my subscription expire?
To view your subscription expiration date, simply sign in to our online customer care at my.torontolife.com.
Also, your subscription expiry date is indicated on the top right-hand corner of the magazine’s mailing labels.
Is digital access included with my print subscription?
Yes, digital access is a complimentary add-on to your print subscription. If we have your email on file, you will receive an email notification from “delivery@mail.emagazines.com” when the next issue is available for viewing.
How can I update my mailing address and contact information (email, phone number)?
You can update your mailing address online anytime at my.torontolife.com.
How do I update my credit card or billing information?
Visit my.torontolife.com, and under “Autorenew info,” select “EDIT BILLING INFO” to update your billing information for automatic renewal subscriptions and use a new credit card if you choose to renew early.
I haven’t received my Toronto Life magazine. What should I do?
If you’re a new subscriber, please note that the first issue takes 4-6 weeks to arrive. If that period has passed, please confirm your mailing address at my.torontolife.com and check the “Publication Schedule” for the estimated in-home date. If you’re still having issues, please email circ@torontolife.com.
When can I expect to see my next issue?
You can view the publication schedule and expected in-home date by logging into my.torontolife.com and scrolling to the bottom of the page under “Publication Schedule.”
I updated my mailing address, but I’m still not receiving my magazine.
Please contact customer service at circ@torontolife.com to verify your address update was processed correctly. We can confirm your current address on file and investigate any delivery issues.
Why am I receiving duplicate copies of the magazine?
You may have multiple active accounts under different names or addresses. We can merge these accounts to extend the duration of your subscription and stop duplicate deliveries. Simply email us at circ@torontolife.com and provide us with your full name and address as it appears on the labels.
Why is my subscription suspended?
Please go to my.torontolife.com to verify your mailing address. If an issue is returned as undeliverable, your subscription may be suspended. To resume delivery, please contact our customer service team at circ@torontolife.com.
How do I access the digital edition of Toronto Life?
You can access the digital version of your magazine via our online library at torontolife.com/digital. Log in with your email address (the same email address associated with your subscription account) for immediate access. Once your email has been verified, you will receive an email granting you access to the library.

Can I switch my print subscription to the digital edition?
Yes, you can choose a digital-only subscription. To switch your subscription type, please contact our customer service at circ@torontolife.com.
I seem to have multiple account numbers or subscriptions. Can they be merged?
Yes. If you have multiple subscriptions or account numbers, please contact us at circ@torontolife.com and provide us with the account numbers. We will merge the subscriptions and extend your service accordingly.

My subscription was intended as a gift, but the delivery address is wrong. Can I change it?
Yes, you can update the delivery address for gift subscriptions. Please go to my.torontolife.com to update gift addresses.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please contact circ@torontolife.com and provide your full name and address. We will stop delivery on any unmailed issues. Please note that refunds are not issued for unmailed issues.
How do I disable auto-renewal for my subscription?
You can cancel your auto-renewal by logging into my.torontolife.com, going to “Manage Your Autorenew,” and pressing “CANCEL AUTORENEW”. Once auto-renewal is turned off, your subscription will remain active until its expiration date.
I was charged for renewal after I had requested to cancel. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. If you requested to opt out of auto-renewal and were charged after, please contact us at circ@torontolife.com. We will review your account, reverse the charge, and confirm your cancelled subscription.
Will my subscription be cancelled immediately if I disable auto-renewal?
No. Although auto-renewal will be disabled, your subscription remains active until its expiration date.
Does my gift subscription auto-renew?
It varies on the offer, to confirm if your offer was set up on auto-renew please contact us at circ@torontolife.com.
I’m a TL Insider member whose email address is not receiving event notifications or TL Insider updates. Can you help?

How do I unsubscribe from Toronto Life emails?
You can easily unsubscribe directly from the footer of the email.
How do I completely remove my account from your mailing lists?
You can unsubscribe from all our mailing lists by emailing circ@torontolife.com and providing your full name and address so we can process your removal promptly.
Can I cancel a subscription for a deceased relative?
Yes, you can cancel the subscription or transfer the remaining issues. Please note that refunds are typically not issued in these circumstances. Simply email us at circ@torontolife.com with your full name and address.
What happens to the remaining issues if I cancel my subscription?
You can transfer the remaining issues to a new recipient. Refunds are generally not issued for cancelled subscriptions.

Does my renewal include FASHION magazine?
Toronto Life subscriptions include both the print and digital editions of Toronto Life. Previously, some subscription offers included a complimentary one-year subscription to FASHION magazine. That promotion was available for a limited time and has now ended.
