The Fate: The buyers, a couple, loved the property’s presentation and outdoor space.

The Sale: The selling agent advertised the property in newspapers, and also on Facebook and Twitter. Immediately after the first agent open house the buyers put in bully offer for $180,000 over asking. The selling agent says her client was very happy to accept.
