Major perks

The living area has soaring ceilings and lots of light. Plus, the building is walking distance to the Ossington strip and Trinity Bellwoods Park.

Possible deal breaker

$4,500 is a lot to pay for a one-bedroom pad, but it comes furnished and includes internet, cable and a parking spot, so at least tenants won’t need to make haggling with Rogers the first item on their to-do list.
