The History

The current owners purchased this former vacant lot in 2017. They enlisted architect Travis Schiller to design the home. Construction began the following year and was finished by 2021.

The Tour

The foyer comes with calacatta-marble checkerboard floors, marble door casings and Missoni wallpaper on the ceiling.

Next door is the formal sitting room, with coffered ceilings, a gas fireplace, a wallpapered accent wall and marble floors.

A reverse angle highlights the 10-foot ceilings and seamless layout.

The kitchen comes with more marble in the counters and backsplash, plus a two-faucet farmhouse sink and custom millwork.
