Toronto is in the midst of a juice boom. New cafés are serving nutrient-jacked elixirs to help you get your herbivore glow on, and delivery services are selling multi-day detoxes. Here, the best of the city’s juicetopia.
<strong>Sea Fare</strong><br /><br />
Belmonte Raw, the vegan takeout spot and detox service in Leslieville, makes a simple mix of tangy organic grapefruit and spirulina, an amino acid–rich algae that’s reputed to strengthen the immune system. $5–$9. <em>1022 Queen St. E., 647-340-1218.</em><br />
<strong>Green Machine</strong><br /><br />

<strong>Organ Tune-up</strong><br /><br />
