Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival

The biggest name at the festival is former Kid in the Hall Bruce McCulloch, who makes his first solo appearance in Toronto in over a decade for his one man show “Young Drunk Punk” on Monday. Toronto ComicCon

Nearly the entire bridge crew from Star Trek: The Next Generation—Patrick Stewart, Jonathan Frakes, Gates McFaddden, Michael Dorn, Brent Spiner, Marina Sirtis and LeVar Burton—are going to be at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre for a live stage event (they’re also taking photos and signing autographs). Other sci-fi stars on-hand include Sean Astin from the Lord of the Rings movies and Laura Vandervoort from Smallville. $20–$25. March 9–10.
