QUOTED: Toronto deli guy Zane Caplansky on why Toronto should be ashamed of itself

Zane Caplansky, expressing contempt for city hall’s less-than-hospitable attitude toward Toronto’s beleaguered food-truck scene. Since they went on sale last week, only eight out of the city’s 125 controversial new mobile-vending permits have been snapped up, indicating a passive protest of sorts. Caplansky’s much-less-passive protest aired on Ezra Levant’s Sun News Network programme, The Source, last week. The six-minute segment is embedded above.
