Once again, the Economist declares Toronto "livable"

Although calling a city “livable” is sort of like calling a plate of food “edible,” everyone is really excited that the Economist’s Intelligence Unit has once again named Toronto one of the world’s most livable cities. The magazine ranks us fourth among the world’s population centres on its livability scale, a position Toronto has held since at least 2010. The number-one most livable city in the world, apparently, is Melbourne, Australia.
