The Distillery District’s Winter Village is a great place for a snack. This year, there’s raclette, Biscoff pancakes, a candy cane cheesecake lollipop, tom yum soup and Dubai crêpes, among other delicacies. You may be thinking, Okay, this sounds good, but what about my protein goals?

Well, it’s a holiday miracle: there’s a beverage for that too. Balzac’s has partnered with Premier Protein on a limited-time seasonal drink called the Protein Peppermint Mocha.

Exclusively available at the Distillery District Balzac’s location until January 4, the beverage costs $7.95 and marks the Ontario coffee chain’s first step into its protein-intake journey.

We asked Balzac’s how much protein is in each beverage. The answer is a generous nearly-30 grams. We haven’t run this by the Instagram protein community just yet, but that’s a lot! This seems like an ideal libation for anyone wanting to enjoy the festive ambiance while getting slightly more jacked in the process.
