Brother-and-sister design duo Alia and Jamil Juma (of eponymous label Juma) have teamed up with fashion stalwart Harvey Nichols to create a line of scarves exclusive to the department store’s Hong Kong locations. The oversize scarves, printed with wildlife motifs like butterflies, parrots and buffalo, will be available beginning this August.

With a New York City shop inside Eva boutique and write-ups in industry rag Women’s Wear Daily, Juma is one of Toronto’s biggest success stories. We couldn’t fathom wearing a scarf in Hong Kong’s notoriously sticky summers, but these prints would make a perfect fall accessory. Now we’ve just got to befriend some world travellers.
