Accessory trend spotted at fashion week: daughters

This past fashion week was different from previous installments: it included scene doppelganger sightings and some fairly good to amazing clothes (some were terrible, obviously). What we loved most from the scene last week was this new idea that fashion was becoming a family affair. We spotted a very well-behaved baby in the front row at Arthur Mendonça, Bustle’s Shawn Hewson and daughter Georgia at Thursday’s Basch show, and Endeavour Marketing president Barry Avrich with daughter Sloan at Friday’s Diepo runway. Finally, the fashion world has stopped putting baby in a corner.
