Address: 208 Hillhurst Boulevard
Neighbourhood: Lytton Park Agent: Eileen Farrow, Chestnut Park Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage Price: $2,195,000

The place: A five-bedroom, four-bathroom family home in Lytton Park, just up the street from Forest Hill Collegiate (that’s right, Drake’s school).

The history: In 2007, the owners hired Hildi Weiman Interior Design to renovate the entire house. The kitchen now has luxe finishes like heated marble floors, a warming drawer, a wine fridge and a built-in espresso machine—and there’s built-in cabinetry throughout the home.

Big selling point: The master bedroom comes with two walls of windows, cathedral ceilings and a bathroom with heated stone floors, a jet tub, built-in speakers and an oversized shower.

Possible deal breaker: Though the backyard is large (the home sits on a 50-by-135-foot lot), the landscaping could probably stand to be updated to take full advantage of the space. Also—and this may be good or bad news, depending upon whether the buyer likes to bounce—the trampoline is included in the sale.

There’s more of that heated marble flooring in the kitchen, and the counters and backsplashes are also marble.

The owners are planning on leaving that trampoline behind for the buyers.

They’re keeping their tetherball, though.
