The history

This block is comprised of about 40 townhouses on lanes named after prominent Toronto women. (Kay Macpherson was a feminist, peace activist, and Order of Canada recipient.) The unit was built a decade ago, and its current owner purchased it in 2014. She lived there until recently, when she moved to western Canada for work.

Major perk

There’s a small patio that looks out onto the lane. With no car traffic whizzing by, it’s a quiet place to sit:

Possible deal breaker

The townhouse is a small space, and the bedrooms are narrow. It would be a good fit for a couple or a family with one child, but add any housemates into the mix and things could get cramped in a hurry.
