The condo for sale at 80 Antibes Drive

Address: 80 Antibes Drive, Unit 2501 Neighbourhood: Westminster-Branson Agent: Brad Ste-Croix and Mike Berg, Your Choice Realty Corp., Brokerage Price: $365,000

The place: A two-bedroom suite on the 25th floor of a building just north of Antibes Park, near Finch and Bathurst.

The history: The building is nearly 40 years old, but this unit has had a number of upgrades. The laminate floors in the living room and dining room are new, and so are the appliances in the kitchen. The sellers are leaving for a detached home with room enough for their growing family.

Big selling point: The wall-to-wall windows offer a view of parkland that extends for almost two kilometres.

Possible deal breaker: The second bedroom is small, and might be a little cramped for a family with a growing teenager, let alone a family with more than one child. (But at least there’s a second bedroom.)

By the numbers:

• $365,000 • $1601.72 in taxes (2015) • 1,100 square feet • $692.56 in monthly maintenance fees • 2 bedrooms • 2 parking spaces • 1 living room • 1 self-serve car wash

The kitchen isn’t huge or fancy, but the appliances are new, and there’s a breakfast area.

And the master bedroom. The sellers are looking for a place with a separate bedroom for the occupant of that crib.

Because of an editing error, this post originally said, incorrectly, that this condo has a second bathroom.
