The history

The building, One City Hall Place, was completed in 2007. This unit is on the 18th and highest floor. The owners are a Toronto couple who buy and rent apartments across the city. They’re looking for tenants who will commit to at least a six-month lease.

Major perk

The building has plenty of amenities, including a lap pool and a steam room. For people who aren’t into fitness, there’s a rooftop patio with barbecue stations. Plus, the unit itself has a balcony with a view of the city core:

Possible deal breaker

This place is smack dab on one of the city’s busiest corners, meaning it’s not the quietest place to live. But anyone who works in or near city hall couldn’t possibly find a home with a shorter commute.

By the numbers

• $4,195/month • 932 square feet • 2 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • 1 balcony • 1 shared pool
