Neighbourhood: The Annex
Price: $4,800 Size: 1,500 square feet Bedrooms: 3 Bathrooms: 2 Parking spots: 1 Real estate agent: Jenny Bosworth, Sutton Group Associates

The place

A three-bedroom, two-bathroom rental on the top two stories of an Annex row house, complete with its own HVAC system and private parking spot. It also comes with brand new appliances and hardwood floors. Sandwiched between Spadina and Bathurst just south of Dupont, the place is within walking distance of Dupont station, Casa Loma and George Brown College. And motorists are a short drive from Davenport and Avenue.

The history

The owners renovated this house in 2015. They lived in it for about three years before finding more space in another neighbourhood. So they converted their place into a family-friendly rental.
