The lobby also has co-working space and access to a patio.

Before heading upstairs, stop by the pet spa—for the cuddles, of course.

The pet spa is on the ground floor and comes with a tub, shampoo and a dryer.

Now for the apartment itself. All homes in the tower come with keyless smart-lock entry. This unit’s foyer features a bench-closet combo with a full sliding-door coat closet directly behind it.

All of the Parker's units have keyless smart-lock entrances.

Around the corner is the open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. The entire home is ADA accessible, meaning there’s enough clearance for wheelchairs and other assistive devices.

The apartment is also ADA accessible.

Here’s a close-up of the quartz counter and backsplash. The kitchen appliances—fridge, gas cooktop, built-in microwave and mini dishwasher—are all KitchenAid.

The counters and backsplash are quartz.

The kitchen island is also quartz.

There's a wine fridge built into the island.

On to the building’s amenities, most of which are on the 37th and 38th floors. First up: the kids’ play zone.

Most of the shared amenities are on the 37th and 38th floors.

A perfect place for little ones to meet new friends or to just take a nap in a beanbag.

Here's the kids-only play zone.

There’s also this retro arcade, with classic games like Donkey Kong and Street Fighter II.

Donkey Kong, anyone?

And how about this Lebowski-worthy two-lane bowling alley, which lives in the corner of the party room?

The bowling alley is part of the party space.

The most unique amenity may be the virtual clinic. Residents get online access to a medical professional who can diagnose non-emergency issues, write prescriptions and refer patients. Included is a TytoCare system for diagnostics, such as taking blood pressure.

This virtual clinic is run by Cleveland Clinic Canada.

Here’s the building’s two-storey commercial-grade gym, designed by Matt Nichol, a strength and conditioning coach who has worked with the Maple Leafs and the Tiger Cats. Special features include a weighted sled with turf, a yoga room and a spin studio.

The gym is two storeys.

The gym is open 24/7, and all residents have access to virtual fitness classes like pilates, yoga and HIIT. Note the Greenhouse Juice vending machine.

The is 24/7 and has its own Greenhouse Juice vending machine.

Finally, the rooftop terrace and its spectacular view of downtown. Its pool comes with cabanas and loungers, plus an outdoor grill. In the summer, the Parker hosts free resident parties here, typically with catering and a DJ.

The view from the rooftop patio may be the building's best feature.
