The Place

A four-plus-one-bedroom, four-bathroom home on a corner lot near Bayview and Moore. Unassuming on the outside and sparkling on the inside, it comes with window walls, tons of skylights, a huge kitchen featuring multiple sinks and a 12-foot-deep gunite swimming pool out back. The History

The current owners grew up here after their parents purchased and redeveloped the original property in 1987. They took over and renovated the interior in 2019 and have since put it on the market.
