This sub-penthouse is sub-pretty and it’s not really functional for 1 million which is silly. The couch in front of the TV has inadequate leg space; the dining table is too skinny to have the two people sitting across from the other to engage in a comfortable meal; umm, who still uses those dish bowl sinks–super-non-functional. The new standard are those rectangular sinks sitting on the counter. That deck is miniscule…for the location and some of the eclectic furniture it’s worth $800,000.
This place is made for the bachlor who has more money than taste. Nothing wrong with that. Rich club-going singles will drool all over this place.
Wow…that’s hot! Love the decor and the colours. The views are amazing (especially for Yorkville where buildings are everywhere) and the location is unbeatable. Looks like they’ve really maximized the functionality of the space. I think I’m in bachelor pad heaven!
One million dollars, and they didnt even do an undermounted sink in the kitchen!! That’s just cheap.
If I had a Million dollars, I would definately be buying this place. A nightblub in Yorkville as a condo is every guy’s dream, and every woman’s fantasy :) Now all I need is a Million!
in terms of design looks aweful. who paid for this ad?
Sure as hell not worth $1mil and those maint fees.. unappealing lobby, gym and outside appearance… then again you are paying that money for the address- yorkville. Less is best, the place seems like the decorator was trying too hard to impress something…. way too much…
I like this place better than the “$1.9M condo atop the TIFF Bell Lightbox” but they are both still overpriced. Really, who is buying this sh*t??
$625K – not a penny more. All it has going for it is the location – not really central Yorkville – the lobby fronts out onto the ugly part of cumberland…
The decor can be changed – but the layout is Brutal!
The basketball hoop thingy on the outdoor patio is hilarious and sad at the same time – horrible patio – who would ever want to hang out there?
Fantastic use of space and colour. I love this condo! Can’t beat a Yorkville address.
