jeez, this house is over-priced. 4-grand in property taxes. I wonder whether anyone will pay it? Probably….
Prices in downtown Toronto sure are going up but it’s only normal for a city that is so active and vibrant and it’s a good thing. Hard to understand why so many are complaining about it while any other big city in the world also sees an increase in real estate cost.
The renovation was obviously very well executed and that also reflects in the price. You can get a lot cheaper house if you are ready to reno yourself ;-)
It already sold for over asking price ($1.35 million, I believe).
I love this house! Walked through the open house and fell in love… unfortunately, it was out of my price range.
Over-priced!? We live in Toronto, Sarstan. And that neighbourhood is hot.
