The History: According to the owners, there’s some confusion about the exact age of the place: a survey that shows the original footprint dates to 1906, but a deed they’ve found says the house was built in 1926. Either way, the leaded glass windows and matchstick wood floors are original to the home. Luckily, not everything is that old—the kitchen and roof were redone in 2013.
Big Selling Point: The 493-foot-long lot is huge by any standard. To put it in perspective, you could fit three Olympic-sized pools end to end in that space. That makes for a heck of a spot for a backyard barbecue—or a football game, for that matter.
