And again, the taxes in Forest Hill are lower than on lesser-valued houses in the West-end. Everyone at MPAC should be fired.

Love, love, love the idea of a chandelier in the bathroom. Not so much the one they chose, but the idea of it fits well with the decor.
As for the artwork – I’m glad it’s not included. What’s with the giant head in the corner of the living room? The only piece that would be missed is the rock statue at the base of the stairs.
The house itself? Very cold and definitely lacking some colour on the walls and a touch of character.

I’m getting really sick of this feature.What is the point of showing such expensive homes that very few of your readers can afford.Are you trying to make people feel bad that they will probable never be able to afford to live in a home like tis.??????????

I personally like this feature in Toronto Life. It is Real Estate porn, though. Toronto Life is well aware their demographic of readers can’t afford homes like this… They just keep publishing snobby crap to elevate their magazine, anyway.

When has the Toronto Life demographic been anything but what you see here?

I like this feature, gives me something to aspire to.

As far as this house is concerned, I wish the architect went fully modern. The facade and the interior moulding ruin the concept.
