not sure Kensington-Chinatown best describes this location. It is the Grange-OCAD. not too bad of a price compared to many less interesting buildings downtown.
That’s a polite way of saying that this is nowhere near Kensington. Why not say “Grange” or “Queen west”? It’s a perfectly desirable location.
