The Delicious Food Show, the annual culinary trade show at the Ex, has an impressive set of stats: 38 restaurants; 25 workshops; three on-stage culinary battles (including a rousing taco smackdown); six local celeb chefs; and one extremely famous lifestyle guru (hint: it’s Martha Stewart). It’s all spread out over three days and 200,000 square feet—15,000 of which are devoted this year to the launch of Toronto Life’s second annual Cookbook. The drool-worthy DIY guide includes recipes from 60 top Toronto chefs, nine of whom will be on-hand to serve up their unique culinary creations. Show attendees can sample dishes from King West restaurant Patria, Singaporean snack shop Hawker Bar and Beach bakery Moo Milk Bar, as well as Aria, Barque, Happy Hooker, Origin, Sabai Sabai and Toca.

Delicious Food Show, Oct 25–27, Better Living Centre, 195 Princes’ Boulevard, Exhibition Place, deliciousfoodshow.com
