–Brad Bevill, vice-president of marketing for Boston Pizza, on the Canadian chain’s 1,360-calorie marketing gimmick: a half-pound burger topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella, wrapped in pizza dough and crowned with lettuce, tomato and a pickle spear.
