If you’ve ever stared into the murky dregs of your Timmies coffee and thought, “Man, I wish this came in frozen-dessert form,” then congratulations, today is your big day. Momofuku Milk Bar has added two kinds of soft-serve ice cream to its Toronto lineup. The first flavour, “Cereal Milk,” is an import from the New York flagship. It’s supposed to taste like the leftover milk at the bottom of a cereal bowl, and comes appropriately garnished with a crunchy cornflake topping. The second flavour, called the “Double Double,” is a brand-new Milk Bar creation designed to taste just like the classic Tim Hortons order. So, coffee flavour, basically.
