Ingredients

40 mL Gooderham and Worts Four Grain rye whiskey 20 mL Dolin dry vermouth 20 mL Cynar

Method

1. Stir over ice and serve in a coupe with a curl of grapefruit peel.

*Oliver Stern named this cocktail for his friend Alana (she’s the A in the O&A). It’s a twist on the classic Old Pal rye cocktail.
