Introducing: Enzo Pizza Bar, the new make-your-own pizza joint on Queen Street West

The Food: Customizable personal pizzas. Diners choose a sauce (white or red) and toppings (cheese, meat and veggies). There’s also a list of nine ready-to-order ‘zas, including the classic margherita and the more exotic filomena topped with würstel.

The Drinks: Current beverages consist mostly of soft drinks. An espresso machine is in the works, and the restaurant is in the process of acquiring a liquor license.

The Place: The space blends seamlessly with its Queen West neighbours (most of the furniture comes from Home Craft Décor a few doors down).

The Numbers: • 800 °F the temperature of their ovens • 22 seats • 11-inch pizzas • 10 veggies toppings • 8 cheese toppings • 6 meat toppings (plus anchovies)
