There’s a new addition to the city’s venue-within-a-venue trend: Bar Habana, a moody, Havana-themed cocktail lounge, tucked at the back of La Cubana’s Ossington location. The new place, which used to be the restaurant’s private events room, serves bocaditos (small snacks like conch fritters and Cuban grilled corn) cervezas and cocktails, of course, some served by the pitcher. The refreshing and gin-heavy El Parasio, for instance, is available in a jug that’s good for a thirsty group of three.
