Friday’s sold-out, thousand-dollar-per-head charity fundraiser for the David Suzuki Foundation brought out an environmentalist mix of athletes and actors to the green carpet on the second floor of the Four Seasons.

We got to exchange jabs with the night’s co-host Russell Peters—who was in town for just one night—and listen to Ed Begley Jr. go on about collecting rainwater. Susur Lee was also on hand, as he was one of the event’s chefs.
