Keira Knightley and the Kingslayer party on Adelaide Street

We got our workout yesterday at the Grey Goose Soho House party for The Imitation Game, which saw all four floors of the house closed for the private event. Admittedly, most of the action happened on the first floor, where co-stars Keira Knightley and Matthew Goode opted to hang. (Unfortunately, Benedict Cumberbatch had to catch a flight at 11 p.m. that night, so he missed out on the festivities.) Goode may have out-done Jon Stewart for most in-the-mix celeb; he doffed his jacket and spent the evening jumping between the bar, the patio and the ample buffet table, even chatting with the chef before taking two heaping platefuls back to his girlfriend Sophie Dymoke. Producer Harvey Weinstein, whose company paid a record high for the movie, was also a main attraction. He spent the night wholesomely sipping water and ordered a coffee around 11 p.m. to stay awake. The Kingslayer himself, A Second Chance’s Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, also made an appearance, grabbing his own drink at the bar before retiring to a corner spot with friends. On our way out the door, we heard that Robert Pattinson and Wayne Gretzky were in the building, but we didn’t turn around to investigate—Red Bull can only do so much at 3 a.m. on a Tuesday.
