TIFF Party: Celeb couples dominate the star-studded after-party for Ron Howard’s Rush

Celebrity coupling was the unofficial theme of last night’s post-screening party for Ron Howard’s auto-racing drama Rush. Thompson Hotel trattoria Scarpetta was simply swarming with big-name pairs. Tucked in a private booth was Drinking Buddies beauty Olivia Wilde, who clung to ex-SNL hubby Jason Sudeikis when nosy onlookers got too close. Fast Five star Elsa Pataky, sporting sexy slicked-back locks, navigated the room with her man Chris Hemsworth, who appeared to be on soda water duty. Meanwhile, Tom Felton, better known by some as Draco Malfoy, stuck close to girlfriend Jade Olivia, and rising German star Daniel Brühl canoodled with girlfriend Felicitas Rombold. Less pinned down was Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth, whose on-again, off-again flame Miley Cyrus wasn’t in town (unfortunate, really, as the party could have used a good twerk session). Not to worry: Hemsworth had his mountain-man beard to hold onto…if not the bevy of star-struck beauties he was spotted entertaining.
