The pioneer of Toronto electro-punk is a flashy provocateur who shrieks, hollers and writhes around onstage surrounded by giant plastic genitalia. She dresses like a character from Rocky Horror, swathed in gold lamé unitards and bedazzled angel wings. And somehow this wonderful weirdo has amassed a Rolodex of famous friends, several of whom guest-star on her new album, Rub, out this month. Here, a breakdown of Peaches’ most prominent pals.
