Is a gay 26-year-old from Toronto Canada’s next Justin Bieber?

Like the Stratford busker turned YouTube sensation turned pop star before him, Toronto’s Jeigh Madjus is hoping the song-and-dance number he posted on-line will set his career ablaze. Madjus is one of thousands who are cyber-auditioning for Glee, which is looking to the Web to cast three upcoming roles.

In his number, Madjus sings “Love You I Do” to a photo of Chris Colfer (who plays the show’s gay character, Kurt) that’s posted in his locker. Last week, Perez Hilton tweeted a link to the video, and its views soared to over 21,000. Madjus hasn’t heard back from the show’s producers yet, but that’s not his main goal. “What I’m really banking on,” he told the Star, “is for Ellen or Oprah to take me on. That would be fantaaaaaaaaaastic!”
