Canada’s Got Talent will not be returning for a second season

Did you enjoy watching people young and old hula-hoop, dance, sing and do impressions on Canada’s Got Talent? Unfortunately, the show has been cancelled, and you will need to look elsewhere for such heart-warming content. Rogers Media said in a statement on Friday that “after careful consideration of all factors, including the current economic climate, Citytv has refocused its programming strategy and will not be producing Canada’s Got Talent for the 2012-13 season.” Fans of reality television needn’t worry, as it seems The Bachelor Canada is scheduled to go ahead as planned.
