Rob Ford proclaims the vehicle registration tax dead (again)

After rumours that Rob Ford might try to reinstate the vehicle registration tax to finance the Sheppard subway surfaced on Wednesday, the mayor and his brother summarily put the speculation to rest on John Tory’s Newstalk 1010 radio show yesterday.
