Someone has made Rob Ford’s Toronto into a Civilization V mod

There’s a significant segment of the population for whom this post’s headline makes zero sense, so allow us to explain: Civilization V is a video game that simulates the growth and conquests of mighty civilizations over thousands of years. A “mod” is a user-generated modification that introduces new elements into a video game. The screenshot above is from a newly released mod that drops Rob Ford‘s Toronto into the Civilization universe, alongside the likes of Greece and Rome. The creator admits that the idea is more funny than practical. “This is a mod that is playable, but not intended to be winnable or even enjoyable,” he (or she) writes.

And so basically, someone took on a complicated game-customization project for the sole purpose of producing screenshots like this one:
