Rob Ford to make his official return to city hall on June 30, “in the later portion of the afternoon”

A two-month stint in rehab evidently hasn’t made the mayor into a morning person, or even a late-morning person. Earlier today, Rob Ford gave formal written notice to the city clerk that he’ll be returning to city hall on June 30, but not until “the later portion of the afternoon.” The letter also instructs the clerk to change all of the locks on Ford’s office, so that his key works again.
