Rob Ford’s chief enforcer Mark Towhey admits to being evil

Apparently, Rob Ford’s policy director, Mark Towhey—widely referred to as the mayor’s Rasputin—got hold of the latest issue of Toronto Life last night. After hunkering down to read (we assume) Marci McDonald’s cover story on Ford’s mayoral tenure to date, “The Incredible Shrinking Mayor,” Towhey took to Twitter to share his thoughts. Just before 10 p.m., he broadcast the following message: “Finished May issue of Toronto Life, now plan to spend rest of night just hanging out, being evil.” Aha! Just as we suspected (wink, wink).
