Justin Bieber likely has everything he needs, from a collection of Michael Jackson–inspired duds to a boatload of sweatpants and socks to street-racing vehicles and potential prom dates. And yet, on Ellen last week, his manager gave him the birthday present that would leave every 18-year-old boy the world over drooling: a Fisker Karma electric sports car.
