Justin Bieber continues Internet domination over Lady Gaga, Eminem
When it comes to who makes headlines these days, it turns out hormonal teenage girls with a penchant for dreamy side-swept bangs hold a lot of clout. As such, this post is about Justin Bieber. The 16-year-old heartthrob nabbed four of the top 10 spots on YouTube’s list of most watched music videos in the world this year.
While there was other major pop talent on the list—Shakira, Eminem, Rihanna and Lady Gaga were all represented—there’s no denying that Bieber’s got the on-line medium of YouTube on lockdown.
The Stratford teen got his break on the video-sharing site back in 2008, so it’s fitting that Bieber’s hit “Baby” took home the number one spot with more than 400 million views. We were left scratching our head as to what it is about this video that inspires such wild popularity, but then, our generation made these guys stadium-sellout stars. So go figure.
Even if Bieber dominates the internet. He is not gonna last long. I mean come on…. Aaron Carter and those other pop teens. They didn’t last long. Lady GaGa’s goin to dominate 2011 with her new album “Born This Way” and she’s gonna dominate the internet again.
Justin Beiber has broken any records except the so called “youtube” title.
GaGa has broken and has set new records and she’s constantly breaking records.! GaGa’s gonna last long!
no dude gaga WILL NOT STAND A CHANCE!!! dr dres detox and lil waynes carter 4 will maybe even eminems revolution
