Is Jimmy Kimmel under some kind of secret, CRTC-style obligation to include a certain amount of Canadian content in his show every week? Because he seems to be devoting more time to Rob Ford these days than is strictly necessary for comedy purposes. Last night’s bit felt a little warmed-over, but here it is, embedded above.
