Once considered among the sorriest training facilities in Major League Baseball, the Jays’ 65-acre Player Development Complex in Dunedin, Florida, got a major glow-up in 2021. It’s now one of the premier sites in the league. Below, the perks bringing all the boys to the yard.

One major league clubhouse with 72 custom lockers Three minor league locker rooms One weight room over two floors, with more than 40,000 pounds of weights One hydrotherapy room, with a pool and hot and cold tubs Three sport science labs, for research, movement and pitching Three discipline work rooms, for hitting, pitching and defence One kitchen Two dining rooms One barbershop

The Rogers Centre is no slouch either. The Jays’ Toronto HQ has the largest gym in the MLB, for starters, but it’s the family lounge next to the barbershop that the team really loves. An all-ages space for kids and spouses to hang, it comes with infant feeding and nap rooms, a two-­storey play structure, a video game den, and cubbies featuring custom nameplates.
